Who can open a Eurotelemillions account?

You must be 18 or over and be a UK resident to play. Unfortunately our services are not available in Northern Ireland. All players must register using the online registration form.

 

How do I open a Eurotelemillions account?

Simply click 'Register Now' at the top of the page and follow the instructions on each page. You will be asked to enter your personal details, add a username and password and agree to our Terms and Conditions. To complete registration, you must have Javascript enabled on your computer.

Is there a charge for opening an account?

It is absolutely free to register with Eurotelemillions. We do not charge our customers for using credit cards. However, certain card companies may levy their own charges as they may consider deposits as cash deposits. Check with your card issuer if you are unsure.

If your account remains dormant (unused) for a period of 6 months or more, we will charge you a weekly £10 administration fee from the remaining balance only. We will inform you via email in advance of doing this.

 

How secure is Eurotelemillions.com?

Eurotelemillions is licensed by the Government’s Gambling Commission and is based here in the UK. Our big money draws are shown live on TV and all draws are carried out under strict operating conditions with an industry-standard ball machine.

All payment transactions are held in a secure environment. The payment service meets high PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards. This protects your information and is mandated by Visa and Mastercard.

 

What is the Daily SuperDraw?

The Daily SuperDraw takes place every day at 02:30. All draws are filmed live in our London studios and are available to view online afterwards. The price of a ticket is £1 and you can purchase them here online.

Simply click the 'Forgotten Password' link on the Eurotelemillions homepage. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive so all characters must be entered as they were on initial registration. We will send you a reminder to the email account registered on your account.

How do I put money into my account?

Simply go to My Account and then Cash Point. Select the amount you want to deposit. Enter your credit/debit card details and click 'Authorise'. The minimum amount you can deposit is £10.

 

What is the security code (CVV2)?

This is the last three digits of the number displayed on the back of your credit/debit card.

 

Will there be any charges from my card issuer for playing?

Certain card issuers may put a handling charge on your account. This is down to individual card issuers.

 

How do I make a withdrawal?

You can withdraw your winnings at any time. All withdrawals are paid in the form of a cheque. Please note there is a minimum withdrawal of £10.

If you choose to close your account any monies returned to you under £10 will be subject to a handling and administration fee of £2. This is to cover costs in processing the closure of your account, postage and bank charges.

 

How do I change my address details?

Please call Customer Services on 0207 819 9123. For security reasons, you will be asked to send us a copy of a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your new address. As soon as we receive this, we will make the chances to your account.

What is The Millionaire Club?

The Millionaire Club is a convenient and easy way to enter every Daily SuperDraw with just one entry. Your numbers are guaranteed in play every day so that you never miss a draw. Plus you can get 50 extra chances to in on every Daily SuperDraw jackpot.

 

How do I join?

Simply click the 'Millionaire Club' tab on the website and follow the instructions. Remember, you only have to do this once and your chosen numbers are in play every day.

 

Can I change my subscription payment details?

If you want to cancel your current subscription, you will need to contact our Customer Services team either by emailing support@eurotelemillions.com or by calling 0207 819 9123.

 

In my account details, it lists a 'Periodic Change' what is this?

This is money transferred from your card to pay for your subscription tickets. This money is only transferred from your card when we buy the tickets for you.

 

I am an existing 105 Club member?

Existing 105 Club members get 5 tickets in Friday’s Daily SuperDraw and 100 free jackpot chances to win. To change your numbers, go to the Subscriptions area in 'My Account'.

How do I buy tickets?

First of all, make sure you are registered with us and have a Eurotelemillions account.

You can buy tickets anytime up until midnight before the draw takes place.

Note: you can enter Lucky Numbers and Crack the Safe with registering first.

 

Where can I see the tickets I have bought?

Your tickets are available to view and print in the 'My Account' section of the website.

 

How do I check if I have won?

Your tickets are checked automatically and winnings will be paid directly into your Eurotelemillions account. We will inform you if you win via email.

 

Can I pick my own numbers?

Yes. Every ticket you buy can be your own choice of numbers, or if you find it more convenient, you can use our simple Quick Pick to select random numbers for you.
