1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 These terms and conditions govern your, the Player's (the "Player" or "You") use of the games (the "Games") available at www.EuroTeleMillions.com (the "Website") or via direct text entry mechanisms via your mobile phone (the "Mobile") and your relationship with NetPlay TV Services Ltd ("NetPlay"), who provide the Games.
1.2 Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you will not be able to register for, or use, the Games. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact support@eurotelemillions.com.
1.3 EuroTeleMillions is conducted under a remote gaming and betting license issued by the Gambling Commission (GB). The 'Daily SuperDraw', 'Millionaire Club', '105 Club' and 'Pick n Mix' games are classed as betting or gaming under this license and are categorically not lotteries.
1.4 Each game is produced by NetPlay TV Services Ltd of Battersea Studios, 80 Silverthorne Road, Battersea, London, SW8 3HE. NetPlay TV Services Ltd are licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission, License No. 000-003011-R-104180-001.

1.6 By playing the Games available you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 NetPlay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. However, NetPlay will ensure that the Player is notified by email to the nominated email address provided upon registration, at least 5 days before such amendment is implemented. Notices will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent. In proving the service of any notice of amendment it will be sufficient to prove that such e-mail was sent to the nominated e-mail address of the Player. A Player's continued use of the Games after such notification will be deemed as their acceptance of any amendment to these terms and conditions.
2.2 It remains the Player's responsibility to periodically check the terms and conditions to ensure that they continue to agree with them and Players are advised to check these terms and conditions each time they use the Website. Any bet received (but not settled) prior to the time of amendment and notification of amended terms and conditions will be subject to the pre-existing terms and conditions.
3 REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT USE
3.1 To play a Player must register and open an account (an "Account") using a credit or debit card with a minimum deposit of £10, or purchase a ticket via their Mobile and complete registration via the Website within 72 hours of receipt of their first ticket.. Registration is only available to persons aged 18 or over and is subject always to the previous and on-going compliance with these terms and conditions. Registered Players may wager up to the limit available in their Account or purchase a maximum of 20 tickets per day via their Mobile.
3.2 The Player agrees to provide accurate information to NetPlay TV on registration and it is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their personal details are kept up-to-date on the Website especially address, telephone number and payment/bank details. The Player authorises NetPlay to use any lawful means that it considers necessary to verify the information provided by the Player on registration, by means of electronic identity checks in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
3.3 The Account will be used by the Player only. NetPlay reserves the right to decline account opening for any reason. The Account is intended for administering the Player's funds, play and fees, as well as bets, refunds, winning payments, cash-outs and any applicable service fees (all in relation to the Games) for the duration of this agreement.
3.4 A Player may open only one Account. Any additional accounts that are funded may be closed and the deposit amount returned to the Player, or all such accounts may be treated as one joint Account, in either case at NetPlay's discretion.
3.5 The Player must select a UserName and Password on registration. The UserName may not be obscene or offensive. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that they keep such details confidential and the Player shall be fully responsible for any misuse of their Password. In the event that a Player is concerned that their Password has been disclosed to a third party, they should notify NetPlay immediately whereupon a new Password may be given. Unless caused by NetPlay's negligence, any unauthorised use of the UserName and Password shall be the Player's sole responsibility and be deemed as their use.
3.6 NetPlay may require the Player to change their Password or NetPlay may suspend the Player's Account if NetPlay has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of its security policies or misuse of the Games or Website.
3.7 To maintain a high level of security to protect Player funds, NetPlay may perform random security checks. The Player hereby accepts that NetPlay retains the right to demand additional documentation from them in order to verify the Player as the Account holder or cardholder in the event of such a security check. In particular, as part of our standard procedure we may ask Players, who have deposited or withdrawn more than 1000, for photographic identification and/or proof of them being the cardholder. Any pending withdrawals may be withheld until the additional documentation has been received by NetPlay.
3.8 The Player should check their Account balance each time they access the Games. In the event of any errors, it is the Player's responsibility to notify NetPlay at the earliest opportunity.
3.9 The Player will inform NetPlay as soon as reasonably possible if they believe that their Account information is being misused in any way by a third party so that NetPlay may suspend their Account. NetPlay will not be held responsible for any reasonable delay in such suspension. The Player will not allow any other person or third party (including, without limitation, any minor) to use their Account or accept any prize on their behalf.
3.10 NetPlay reserves the right, upon providing notice to the Player, to close the Player's Account and refund the balance of their Account at its reasonable discretion without further explanation.
3.11 The Player may withdraw money from their Account at any time provided that their balance has been confirmed. NetPlay reserves the right to temporarily withhold any withdrawals from a given account in the event of any fraud, money-laundering or ID investigations. Withdrawals are processed after a minimum of three (3) working days after the request is made.
3.12 The Player may cancel their Account at any time by informing NetPlay in writing at EuroTeleMillions.com, NetPlay TV Services Ltd, PO Box 58140, London, SW8 3UU, or by calling our customer service department on 020 7819 9123, Mon-Fri, 9am-6.00pm. If the Player does so, they must stop using the Games.
3.13 If an account remains dormant, i.e.: where there are no bets placed or deposits made, for a period of twelve (12) months or more NetPlay reserves the right to charge a £10 monthly administration fee from the remaining balance on the account, or the full balance where it is less than £10 in order to keep the account open and reserved for the Player. Players will be informed by email by NetPlay in advance of this charge being made, giving the Player seven (7) days to return and use the account again before any charges begin. This charge will be taken from the balance on the last working day of each month, until the Player either makes a bet, makes a deposit to the account or the balance of the account has expired, whereupon the account will be closed.
3.14 NetPlay or the Player may suspend or cancel the Player's Account immediately if the other breaches any of its obligations under these terms and conditions. Return of any outstanding balance to the Player will be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions. The suspension or cancellation of the Player's Account shall not affect either party's statutory rights or liabilities.
3.15 Employees of NetPlay and any associated company are not eligible to participate in the Games.
4 AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE GAMES
4.1 The odds and payout rates on each game can be found in the respective game rules.
4.2 To place a bet online a Player must have sufficient credit in their account. If a Player does not have sufficient credit to cover all the bets then the bets will not be placed at all. When playing online the Player's balance is constantly shown on-screen within the relevant gaming page.
4.3 A bet may not exceed the bet limit in force in relation to each game. Each game has different bet limits - for those limits please see the individual game rules.
4.4 A bet will not be accepted unless the game is in the state to accept the bet.
4.5 Players MUST make the final confirmation of their bets online by clicking the relevant confirmation button. However, Internet connections between the Games and our Players are also dependent upon the integrity and performance of the Player's own Internet connection via their Internet Service Provider. NetPlay can offer no guarantees as to the performance of a Player's Internet connection and Players must recognise that data transfer errors can occur outside of our control. All entries in a Player's bet history will be deemed confirmed and final by NetPlay rules. Should a Player wish to dispute a bet that they feel is contrary to these rules then please email support@EuroTeleMillions.com.
5 PLAYER REPRESENTATIONS
5.1 The Player is over the age of 18 and has the mental capacity to take responsibility for their own actions. NetPlay reserves the right to void any transactions involving minors. The Player confirms that he/she is aware that underage gambling in Great Britain is a criminal offence.
5.2 The Player understands that EuroTelemillions is not available in Northern Ireland and attempts at account registration from that area will be blocked.
5.3 The Player understands that by using the Games they may lose money on bets placed and they accept full responsibility for such loss. The Player also agrees that their use of the Website is at their sole risk.
5.4 The Player understands that NetPlay TV may, from time to time ask the Player to participate in marketing and promotion for NetPlay TV by the use of the Player's name and likeness. The Player may consent or refuse such requests at the Player's discretion.
5.5 The Player warrants that they will not attempt to hack, make unauthorised alterations to or introduce any kind of malicious code to the Gaming Service or Website. As such, the Player will not, without limitation, (a) reverse engineer or decompile (in whole or in part) any software available through the Website; or (b) make copies, modify, reproduce, transmit, alter or distribute all or any part of the Website or any material or information contained on it.
5.6 The Player acknowledges that NetPlay TV (or our licensors) are the sole owner of all rights to the technology, software, business systems and content utilised in the EuroTeleMillions.com website and the Player's use of the website (and registration thereon) confers no rights whatsoever to intellectual property contained or utilised therein. Copying, use or publication by the Player of any item or material displayed on the website is strictly prohibited (other than to the extent necessary for the Player to visit the Website and place bets, including keeping records of bets placed and of the Player's Account). The Player is offered access to the EuroTeleMillions.com Website solely for the Player's own personal, non-commercial use. The Player must not link the EuroTeleMillions.com Website to any other website without NetPlay TV's prior written approval.
5.7 The Player must not use any form of computerized assistance in calculating risk strategies or bet placements of any kind, nor to predict the outcome of any betting or wagering event. Any such action will be considered to be cheating, which is a criminal offence. Players engaging in this type of activity will forfeit any winnings accrued through the use of the Games and the appropriate authorities will be notified.
5.8 The Player agrees that NetPlay may lock or terminate a Player's Account if:
- a Player breaches these terms and conditions;
- a Player's funds are insufficient for the proposed use of the Games;
- NetPlay has reason to believe that the Player's dealings with NetPlay constitutes an illegal or fraudulent activity, NetPlay shall not (to the extent permitted by law) be liable to that Player for any such deposits, nor shall it incur any liability to any Player where it is required to give information or documentation relating to that Player to any relevant regulatory authority;
- NetPlay suspects that access to the Account may not be by an authorised person;
- legal or regulatory requirements require such locking or termination; or
- a security, disrepute or other issue deemed reasonably significant by NetPlay arises.
5.9 The Player accepts that NetPlay TV reserves the right to void any bets in the event of errors or technical problems caused to the EuroTeleMillions.com system. If a Player is able to prove satisfactorily that NetPlay TV has voided a bet that would otherwise have been successful, NetPlay TV agrees to discuss suitable compensation for the Player subject to and in accordance with the provisions of clause 15 below.
5.10 These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the Player and NetPlay relating to the Games. The Player confirms that, in agreeing to accept these terms and conditions, they have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in these terms and conditions. The Player agrees that they shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation that has not become a term of these terms and conditions save that their agreement shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such term has become a term of these terms and conditions.
6 PAYMENT AND SECURITY
6.1 Money in a Player's Account is used to place bets on the Games. NetPlay reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager. Players are not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount deposited in their Account. Any winnings are placed into their personal Account. Deposits and withdrawals are made via the "My Account" section of the EuroTeleMillions.com Website.
6.2 The maximum single deposit online is £3,000. Credit card deposits are limited to a maximum of £10,000 in any calendar month. There is no limit on deposits made by debit card, bank transfers or cheques.
6.3 Tickets purchased by mobile phone are limited to a maximum of 20 per day, i.e.: a maximum of 30 spend to the mobile phone. Any attempts to purchase tickets over and above this amount will result in an error message being sent to the phone in question and the user will not be charged. Should any technical issue or malfunction result in an error in this regard, the tickets purchased over the limit will be cancelled and the related funds returned to the player at the earliest opportunity. Netplay TV cannot be held responsible for any abuse of the mobile ticket purchase system by any player, nor for any unforeseen technical circumstances that may result in malfunction.
6.4 A Player can make a deposit using a debit or credit card including Visa, Visa Delta (Debit), Visa Electron, Solo, Mastercard and Maestro (formerly known as Switch). We do not accept American Express. Please note that the card must be in the Player's name (the registered Username) and registered to the same address provided when the Player opened the account with us.
6.5 A Player can top up their account by accessing the "My Account" section of the site and following the online prompts. Please note that the card must be in the name of the registered Player and registered to the same address provided when the Player opened their account with us.
6.6 All bets stand and no bet can be cancelled once confirmed by NetPlay.
6.7 A Player may suspend their Account at any time. A suspended Account means that funds can temporarily not be used for gaming. The decision to suspend an Account is taken by the Player.
6.8 The funds on the Player's Account are available for the Player during the opening hours of the Website. Upon request by the Player, NetPlay will action a payment by cheque of part or whole of the Player's funds at the time of the transfer request, with deductions for eventual service fees, bank fees etc. All cheques issued are valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of issue, after which time they will be cancelled if they remain uncashed by the Player.
6.9 Customer funds are not held separately to our corporate funds and they are not subject to any specific trust arrangements
6.10 The jackpot prize of £1m for matching all 6 numbers and the bonus number in the Daily Superdraw will be paid in annual installments of £100,000 per year.
7 NO WARRANTY
7.1 NetPlay will endeavour to provide the Games using its reasonable skill and care. Save where required by law, NetPlay makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the Games.
7.2 NetPlay makes no warranty that the Games will meet the Player's requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Games or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs, nor do NetPlay make any warranty as to the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials supplied by NetPlay or results of the Games or the accuracy of any information obtained by the Player through the Games. Please see the individual game FAQ's for any known technical factors that could affect the outcome of a game.
7.3 The Player's access to the Games may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. In this event, NetPlay will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
8 CHARGEBACKS
8.1 If a Player notifies their card supplier of unauthorized use of their card or there is any other circumstance leading to a "chargeback" and NetPlay is asked to refund the amount, NetPlay will suspend the Player's Account and ask them to contact NetPlay Customer Services. NetPlay reserves the right to debit the Player's Account with the chargeback or to recover the amount from the Player if there are insufficient funds in the Player's Account. The Player agrees to pay this sum promptly if properly required by us. The Player will not be allowed to participate in further Games until the chargeback has been successfully resolved.
9 NETPLAY CONDUCT AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 The Player agrees that their use of the Games is at their sole risk.
9.2 NetPlay shall not be responsible or liable to the Player for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Games and the Player confirms that NetPlay will not be liable to the Player or any third party for any modification to, suspension of or discontinuance of the Games.
9.3 NetPlay reserves the right to withdraw the Games or elements of the Games at any time, and will not be liable to the Player as a result of any such action.
9.4 NetPlay will not be held responsible for any typing, technical, or human error in the operation of the Games. In the event of error, NetPlay reserves the right to either void any affected bets or to correct the error.
9.5 We may notify the Player of changes to, or of important matters relevant to, the Games, by email. Such notices will be deemed effective if transmitted to the email address the Player provided to us on registration (subject to changes of address the Player notifies us of).
9.6 NetPlay will under no circumstances be held liable for any damages or losses of an indirect nature that are deemed or alleged to have resulted from or been caused by the Games, the Website or its content including, without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication line failure, any persons use or misuse of the Website or its content, any errors or omissions in content, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary or consequential loss.
9.7 NetPlay will not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9.8 NetPlay's liability under 9.6 above shall be limited to the commission received by NetPlay in respect of the bet or bets which are the subject of any breach by NetPlay.
9.9 NetPlay does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
9.10 NetPlay reserves the right to withdraw the Website, the Games or elements of either at any time, and save for any rights that the Player may have over deposited funds in its Account, will not be liable to the Player as a result of any such action.
10 SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
10.1 A Player may at any time apply to exclude themselves from participating in the Games. If a Player wishes to do so, he/she should contact customer services on 020 7819 9123 Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm. Alternatively a Player may self-exclude using the online facility available from within the "Enjoy Responsibly" page on the Website.
10.2 In line with UK gambling regulations, Players may, by written notice to NetPlay, place a limit on their gambling activity. If a Player wishes to limit their gambling activities at any time, he/she should contact customer services on 020 7819 9123 Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm. Alternatively a Player may set or reduce a limit using the online facility available from within the "My Account" area of the Website.
11 FRAUDULENT AND ILLEGAL USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE GAMES
11.1 If NetPlay has reason to believe that the Player's dealings with NetPlay constitutes an illegal or fraudulent activity and to the extent permitted by law, NetPlay shall not be liable to that Player for any such deposits, nor shall it incur any liability to any Player where it is required to give information or documentation relating to that Player to any relevant regulatory authority.
12 TRANSFER
12.1 The Player may not transfer any of their rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. NetPlay may transfer its rights under these terms and conditions to another business where it reasonably believes that its rights will not be affected.
13 THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
13.1 Except insofar as these terms and conditions expressly provide that a third party may in their own right enforce a term of these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under local law or statute to rely upon or enforce any term of this agreement.
14 SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
14.1 If the Player has any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Games or any other activity, the Player should submit their complaint to NetPlay in writing within fourteen (14) days of the incident by email to complaints@EuroTeleMillions.com or by post to EuroTeleMillions.com, NetPlay TV Services Ltd, PO Box 58140, London, SW8 3UU. If the parties cannot agree a resolution to any dispute with twenty one (21) days of the receipt of the complaint by NetPlay, the dispute will be referred to an independent dispute resolution body such as IBAS.
15 NOTICES
15.1 The Player may submit notices to NetPlay in writing at: EuroTeleMillions.com, NetPlay TV Services Ltd, PO Box 58140, London, SW8 3UU. Any notice NetPlay gives to the Player (save as otherwise set out herein) will be sent to the email address that the Player provided when the Player registered their Account.
16 GENERAL
16.1 If any part of these terms and conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.
16.2 No waiver by NetPlay of any of these terms and conditions shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any of these terms and conditions.
16.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership or any other form of joint enterprise between the Player and NetPlay.
16.4 The Player confirms that they have read, understood and accept the NetPlay privacy policy.
16.5 The Games is subject to the laws of England and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Games shall be governed by the laws of England.

The following points outline the Terms and Conditions associated with membership to the Millionaire Club. Please be aware that by applying for membership you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, so please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. 2) You must be 18 years of age or over and resident in the United Kingdom to be eligible to play this game
3) Employees of NetPlay TV Services Limited and its associated companies, their families and anyone connected with this incentive scheme, or those ineligible to enter under other clauses in these terms, may not participate in this scheme.
4) NetPlay TV may contact players to participate in the Millionaire Club promotion offer giving 50 free entries in the 1million Daily SuperDraw Bonus Ball draw.
5) To qualify for entry to the 'Millionaire Club' players must complete a 7 weekly subscription to the EuroTeleMillions.com Daily SuperDraw. Entry to the 'Millionaire Club'' will happen automatically each week while the player's subscription is active. Where a subscription lapses the player's entry into the 'Millionaire Club'' will also lapse.

6) The 'Millionaire Club'' subscription fee of 7 is debited from the player's nominated account or credit card every Wednesday, securing entry into the following 7 Daily SuperDraws. Between the time of ticket sales closing for each Daily Superdraw and the time of the draw itself, players will not be able to join the 'Millionaire Club'.

7) All payments relating to the service announcements for the "Millionaire Club" are billed directly to the Credit or Debit card used when first registering. The costs are liable to change at any time, but written notice by email of such changes will be provided to you no later than 14 days prior to such change.
8) You may hold only one EuroTeleMillions.com account at any one time.
9) The 'Millionaire Club' subscription fee of 7 secures for the player 1 line on the EuroTeleMillions.com Daily SuperDraw each day, along with 50 free shared chances to win on the Bonus Ball draw, with winnings to be distributed evenly with other members of the 'Millionaire Club'.
8) The top prize of 1,000,000 will be split evenly between the total amount of 'Millionaire Club' players on that given day. The total amount of participants will vary depending on how many players are subscribed on that given day.
9) In order to win, all six numbers plus the bonus ball must match those drawn. No prizes are awarded for matching 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 numbers.
10) Prize winners will be notified in the usual way (see the General FAQs on this website) and all participants are guaranteed their full share of the prize money.
11) In the event of any failure to complete your entry, whether for reason of force majeure, processing delays, human or technical error by NetPlay TV, its employees or agents, NetPlay TV is liable only for the amount of money paid for the order.
12) You can cancel your membership to the "Millionaire Club" at anytime by visiting the "My Account" section of the EuroTeleMillions.com website and selecting the "subscriptions" area. Cancelling your membership means you will be excluded from the service and will be ineligible to win on any subsequent Draws. Your membership will not apply to any Draws made after the date of cancellation of your membership and you shall not be entitled to any funds whatsoever in relation to any Draws after such date.
11) Your membership will apply from the point at which you receive your 'Subscription Confirmation' message. Any player joining the service during the course of the 7 day subscription period will be eligible for entry into the remaining draws for that period, with the remainder of their sunscription payment being placed onto their account balance for use with other games. On the following Wednesday the full payment of 7 will again be taken with the full balance being used for payment of the Millionaire Club subscription and subsequently for following weeks until the user cancels their subscription.
14) Netplay will, via the EuroTeleMillions.com website, display the numbers that have been played for your syndicate each week. These can be viewed by logging into your registered account at any time.
13) In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers submitted on your entry and the numbers appearing on your confirmation, confirmed numbers are considered final.
14) Players understand that Netplay TV Services Limited may, from time to time ask the Player to participate in marketing and promotion by the use of the Player's name and likeness. Players may consent or refuse such requests at their discretion. Players may be asked to participate on the Live TV show (by telephone or in person).
15) From time to time you may receive information and offers from NetPlay TV Services Limited or its associated companies. If you do not wish to receive such information please write to the Crack the Safe Marketing Department, 76 Church Street, Lancaster LA1 1ET.
16) NetPlay TV Services Limited reserves the right to withhold prizes at its discretion.

3.4 The Lucky Numbers Cash Draw is run automatically at 17:00 (5pm) each Friday and involves the random drawing of numbers from a field of 1-90. As each number is drawn it is checked against all sets of 5 numbers allocated to each contestant for a match. The numbers continue to be drawn until one or more contestant(s) matches their 5 ticket numbers with the numbers draw.

3.5 Each number from 1 to 90 has a corresponding cash value associated with it ranging from £50 to £5,000. 5.2 NetPlay makes no warranty that the Quiz will meet the Player's requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Quiz or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs, nor do NetPlay make any warranty as to the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials supplied by NetPlay or results of the Quiz or the accuracy of any information obtained by the Player through the Quiz.

6 NETPLAY CONDUCT AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 6.1 NetPlay reserves the right to withdraw the Quiz or elements of the Quiz at any time, and will not be liable to the Player as a result of any such action.

6.2 NetPlay will not be held responsible for any typing, technical, or human error in the operation of the Quiz. 8 TRANSFER

10 SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

If the parties cannot agree a resolution to any dispute with twenty one (21) days of the receipt of the complaint by NetPlay, the dispute will be referred to an independent dispute resolution body.

11 NOTICES

As each number is drawn it is checked against all sets of 5 numbers allocated to each contestant for a match. The numbers continue to be drawn until one or more contestant(s) matches their 5 ticket numbers with the numbers draw.

3.5 Each number from 1 to 90 has a corresponding cash value associated with it ranging from £50 to £5,000. For clarity, the prize values are £25 x 6, £50 x 13, £100 x 26, £200 x 8, £500 x 16, £750 x 16 and £5,000 x 5, making a total prize pool of £50,000. NetPlay TV reserves the right to make changes to the prize structure at any point ensuring users are notified of the change.

3.6 The winner(s) of the Lucky Numbers Cash Draw will be awarded the 5 cash prizes associated with their 5 unique numbers drawn by game systems. In the event of there being more than one winner each winning contestant will be awarded the sum total of cash values from their winning numbers. All Cash Friday cash prizes will be despatched as a written cheque within 10 working days of the user claiming the prize.

3.7 The following weeks game will open at 18:00 (6pm) every Friday.

3.8 To be eligible to claim any share of any prize available by participating in this scheme, each contestant must have replied to the question sent to their mobile phone during the week prior to any prize draw associated with it.

3.9 £50,000 is the total weekly cash fund for the game. Individual contestants can win up to £25,000 if they are the first person to have their 5 ticket numbers drawn by the game systems and they also match the maximum cash values (5 x £5,000) on the prize board.

3.10 Cash Friday cash prizes must be claimed within 28 days of winning. Winners will be contacted via the Mobile number used to enter the quiz service.

3.11 Contestants understand that Netplay TV Mobile Limited may, from time to time ask the Contestant to participate in marketing and promotion by the use of the Contestants name and likeness. Contestants may consent or refuse such requests at their discretion.

3.12 From time to time you may receive information and offers from NetPlay TV Mobile Limited or its associated companies. 3.13 NetPlay TV Mobile Limited reserves the right to withhold prizes at its discretion.

4 PLAYER REPRESENTATIONS
4.1 The Player is over the age of 16 and has the mental capacity to take responsibility for their own actions. NetPlay reserves the right to void any transactions involving minors.

4.2 The Player warrants that they will not attempt to hack, make unauthorised alterations to or introduce any kind of malicious code to the Mobile Service or Website. As such, the Player will not, without limitation, (a) reverse engineer or decompile (in whole or in part) any software available through the Website; or (b) make copies, modify, reproduce, transmit, alter or distribute all or any part of the Website or any material or information contained on it.

4.3 The Player acknowledges that NetPlay TV (or our licensors) are the sole owner of all rights to the technology, software, business systems and content utilised in the Cash-Friday.com website and mobile game and the Player's use of the website confers no rights whatsoever to intellectual property contained or utilised therein. Copying, use or publication by the Player of any item or material displayed on the website is strictly prohibited (other than to the extent necessary for the Player to visit the Website). The Player is offered access to the Cash-Friday.com Website solely for the Player's own personal, non-commercial use. The Player must not link the Cash-Friday.com Website to any other website without NetPlay TV's prior written approval.

4.4 These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the Player and NetPlay relating to the Quiz. The Player confirms that, in agreeing to accept these terms and conditions, they have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in these terms and conditions. The Player agrees that they shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation that has not become a term of these terms and conditions save that their agreement shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such term has become a term of these terms and conditions.

5 NO WARRANTY
5.1 NetPlay will endeavor to provide the Quiz using its reasonable skill and care. Save where required by law, NetPlay makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the Quiz.

5.2 NetPlay makes no warranty that the Quiz will meet the Player's requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Quiz or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs, nor do NetPlay make any warranty as to the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials supplied by NetPlay or results of the Quiz or the accuracy of any information obtained by the Player through the Quiz.

6 NETPLAY CONDUCT AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 NetPlay reserves the right to withdraw the Quiz or elements of the Quiz at any time, and will not be liable to the Player as a result of any such action.

6.2 NetPlay will not be held responsible for any typing, technical, or human error in the operation of the Quiz. In the event of error, NetPlay reserves the right to either void any affected entries or to correct the error.

6.3 We may notify the Player of changes to, or of important matters relevant to, the Quiz, by text message. Such notices will be deemed effective if transmitted to the mobile phone provided to us.

6.4 NetPlay will under no circumstances be held liable for any damages or losses of an indirect nature that are deemed or alleged to have resulted from or been caused by the Quiz, the Website or its content including, without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication line failure, any persons use or misuse of the Website or its content, any errors or omissions in content, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary or consequential loss.

6.5 NetPlay will not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6.6 NetPlay does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

6.7 NetPlay reserves the right to withdraw the Website, the Quiz or elements of either at any time, and save for any rights that the Player may have over prizes won, will not be liable to the Player as a result of any such action.

7 FRAUDULENT AND ILLEGAL USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE QUIZ
7.1 If NetPlay has reason to believe that the Player's dealings with NetPlay constitutes an illegal or fraudulent activity and to the extent permitted by law, NetPlay shall not be liable to that Player for any funds, nor shall it incur any liability to any Player where it is required to give information or documentation relating to that Player to any relevant regulatory authority.

8 TRANSFER
8.1 The Player may not transfer any of their rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. NetPlay may transfer its rights under these terms and conditions to another business where it reasonably believes that its rights will not be affected.

9 THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
9.1 Except insofar as these terms and conditions expressly provide that a third party may in their own right enforce a term of these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under local law or statute to rely upon or enforce any term of this agreement.

10 SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
10.1 If the Player has any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Quiz or any other activity, the Player should submit their complaint to NetPlay in writing within fourteen (14) days of the incident by email to Mobile@netplaytv.com or by post to Cash Friday, NetPlay TV Mobile Ltd, PO Box 58140, London, SW8 3HU. If the parties cannot agree a resolution to any dispute with twenty one (21) days of the receipt of the complaint by NetPlay, the dispute will be referred to an independent dispute resolution body.

11 NOTICES
11.1 The Player may submit notices to NetPlay in writing at: Cash Friday, NetPlay TV Mobile Ltd, PO Box 58140, London, SW8 3HU. Any notice NetPlay gives to the Player (save as otherwise set out herein) will be sent by text message to the mobile phone number that the Player provided when the Player subscribed to the service.

12 GENERAL
12.1 If any part of these terms and conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.

12.2 No waiver by NetPlay of any of these terms and conditions shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any of these terms and conditions.

12.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership or any other form of joint enterprise between the Player and NetPlay.

12.4 The Player confirms that they have read, understood and accept the NetPlay privacy policy.

12.5 The Quiz is subject to the laws of England and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Quiz shall be governed by the laws of England.
